Full Condo: Heart of the South End!Host for 7 Yrs!

SuperHost for 5+ years! 4.9 stars and 230 reviews on my other platform listing all with a low cleaning fee. The condo has everything you need! In the heart of the South End among all the best restaurants in Boston and within walking distance to all sites. I'm always available with 100% 5 stars for communication. Please contact with questions! (Also please be aware there are no cats on the property - there were when photos were taken) The space The 602 SF condo was originally built in 1904. All original moldings, an indoor working fireplace, updated kitchen and bathroom (everyone loves the rain head shower!). The space has a ton of charm as the building is 112 years old. It's a brownstone in the heart of Boston with so much history. This was originally set up as a bed in the living room but has since changed to using the entire apartment with the bed in the bedroom and the living room with a full setup. If you are coming with more than 2 people, a second bed will be set up in the living room with a privacy screen for their comfort. There will then be an additional charge of $50 per night for the second bed setup. The bedroom has a queen size bed with fresh clean sheets and a Buffy comforter all made up and ready for you. There is a small couch in the bedroom and a luggage stand for your luggage. I unfortunately have my things in the closet, so there will be no dedicated closet as there is only one closet in the apartment. The bathroom has towels hanging and ready for you and some toiletries in the shower if you need them. There is toilet paper stocked for you. The kitchen was renovated and has everything you would need! Full fridge and freezer for you to put your things in, stovetop and oven and plenty of pans to cook with, and a dishwasher so no need to do the dishes. I leave out the coffee maker and water heater, but do not include milks/sweetener. You can buy those at the little corner store on the corner, buy them at CVS, or bring them if you’d like. The living room has a dining table for 4, a desk and office chair, a couch and seat, and a coffee table. The tv is set up with Netflix, Hulu, etc. and basic cable TV - are all for your entertainment. The bedroom has Netflix and Hulu on the fire stick. Again, If this is a stay for more than 2 people, both beds will be set up (one in living room and the bed in the bedroom) and there will be an additional $50 charge per night. This is not an investor property, I've lived here since 2010 :) Imagine you went to your best friends house in Boston. That's how I like to host ;) LGBT friendly!! Of course!! Guest access Clean towels, toiletries and everything else you could need are there for you. Most importantly: I want you to feel like this is your home. If you're looking for glasses? Open up all the cabinets! Check out everything for what you need because I'm sure I already have it. Note that a lot of my things are still in the unit (clothes, personal items, etc) as this is my home when you are not staying here. There's a full service deli/store/wine and spirits shop downstairs for anything you need. They serve coffee and full breakfast in the morning, sell deli meats and bread or make you sandwiches, and have full dinners like meatloaf, broccoli, and mashed potatoes for take out dinners.
