There is a good bus connection along the lake. The public bus stops in front of the apartment complex. From Menaggio you can visit other places on the lake by ferry, such as Bellagio and Varenna, which together form the golden triangle of Lake Como. The apartment complex is located in the authentic village of Acquaseria, where there are shops for basic necessities. There are 2 nice restaurants within 50 meters walking distance. The beach is next to the complex at the mouth of a mountain stream. At the beach there is a public barbecue area with picnic tables and fixed barbecues. A private, lockable storage room for bicycles, surf, beach equipment and the like is available on request.
