It has a double garage and is conveniently located just a short walk to town for shops and restaurants or a 5 minute drive to the beach. On the top floor there is a spacious open plan living area and kitchen facing north to take advantage of the sea breeze and views. The upstairs balcony has gorgeous views and plenty of seating to enjoy a sundowner whilst gazing out to the Clyde River. BEDROOMS Linen is included in the cleaning fee. This includes towels and bedding. The beds will be made up for your arrival. The huge master bedroom on the top floor has a king sized bed with a generous ensuite bathroom and walk in robe. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 singles. Both these bedrooms on the lower level have a large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage and hanging space. All three bedrooms face north with views to the Clyde river. BATHROOMS There are two full bathrooms and a third toilet in the powder room .An ensuite compliments the master bedroom and a second bathroom on the lower level is adjacent to the other two bedrooms. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine located on the lower level. KITCHEN A well-stocked kitchen is located upstairs with everything you will need to prepare a quick snack or full meal.
