Comfy two bedroom apartment with views to Calblanque mountain. This lovely apartment has a large dining room with sofa and dining area, American kitchen and access onto the West facing terrace - equipped with a folding canopy. It has got two bedrooms, one with bunk bed and the main one, facing the terrace, with a double bed, between them, there is a bathroom. Next to the Kitchen there is a galley area with the washing machine and heater. The apartment has got air conditioning and ceiling fan in the living room and fans in both bedrooms. It has fibre optic internet and its own exterior parking space. Dogs allowed with prior notice (25€ fee for the whole stay). Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit. Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of 30€ will apply. Professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure. LOCATION: The development, Parque Marino II, is located in Cala Flores, quite close to Cala Reona, only 5 minutes walking distance from the Spar Supermarket, where there are also restaurants, shops, chemists'... A few meters from the apartment there are a couple of public tennis courts. The development has a lovely and well cared community area with a communal pool that is normally open from June to September (dates to be confirmed seasonally). The peculiarity of Cala Flores is the big number of coves, such as Cala Reona, Cala del Descargador, Cala Dorada... Playa de Levante (Mediterranean beach in Cabo de Palos) is around 30 minutes walking distance. 4 km away there is an area in Cabo de Palos where a large street market takes place every Sunday morning.
