With water views, direct water access and your own private jetty where you can enjoy a range of activities such as boating, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking swimming. Why would you want to be anywhere else!! This property has something for everyone's style of getaway. Wake up to breakfast on the rear undercover decking overlooking the waters of Erowal Bay Bring your boat and fishing gear as you don't have far to go to get in on the action. Cosy up next to the fireplace with a good book or relax down by the water on the open air deck which leads out to your private jetty. With Booderee National Park only a 5 minute drive away explore the many beaches and picnic areas it has to offer and be sure to take a stroll around the beautiful Botanic Gardens. You can also head over to Huskisson to enjoy a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Bedroom 2: Double bed, Bedroom 3: Two Single beds, Bedroom 4: Double bed. Boathouse Bedroom 5: Queen bed *This property provides doonas pillows on all beds but does not supply linen, you will need to bring it with you. Linen is top and bottom sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, t-towels and bath mats.
