Villa Anima

Villa Anima is located in the small idyllic village Kaštelir-Labinci, only 10 km from Porec and the sea. The typical Istrian stone house has a spacious living room and an open kitchen on the first floor. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower/WC on the first floor. The two bedrooms and a toilet are on the second floor. From the living room you have direct access to the 800 m² garden with pool and outdoor barbecue. Note: The house is located next to a moderately frequented street, but is protected by a high wall. However, the traffic is perceptible, especially during rush hours.
