Many rooms have fireplaces, most bedrooms offer attached bathrooms, with either a classic clawfoot tub or whirlpool bathtub. The Kings Cottage can easily accommodate large groups, with a kitchen equipped with two refrigerators, double ovens, two coffee pots and every kitchen item. The dining room can seat 16 at a time, to accommodate the whole house at gatherings complete with full fine china service. There is a first floor master suite, with only two stair steps from parking lot to back door of home for guests with limited mobility. The Kings Cottage provides a large private outdoor patio, and shared garden space by relaxing Koi Pond. Note: there are two other small rentals at rear of property that share parking lot and Koi Pond area. There is on site parking with electric car charger for all guests. Located on a corner, with beautiful historic homes around. Large trees and mature landscaping provide privacy, yet the property is close to all the benefits of Lancaster City and Amish Country. There is plenty of off street parking in our private lot, along with extensive on street parking on quite side street. In front of property is a public bus stop, and sidewalks provide easy way to bike or walk into the city.
