Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed Bedroom 2: 1 Full Bed Bedroom 3: 1 Full Bed / 1 Twin Bed From summer evening out on the deck, to winter evening snuggled by the fireplace, Bears Inn is open all year for rental. Please read before booking: Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. **This property is dog friendly. If you will be bringing your dog, please reach out to us. Restrictions apply: There is a Non-Refundable pet fee of $100.00 / per pet. Your pet must be under 50 pounds maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Please note: without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of a Non-Refundable $500 and possible eviction so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owner accepts full responsibility for your pet. Aggressive breeds are NOT allowed. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee. Supplies - please note the property only comes equipped with linens, wash clothes, towels and dishes. All other supplies including; dish soap, sponge, shampoo, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper are NOT provided. The guest will need to supply their own during the entire stay.
