This apartment is just 5 mins walk to Town Hall / Wynyard Station. There is Secure Parking just 1 min drive from the apartment. Other Things to Note: - Keep quiet between 10 pm to 7 am - Do not trigger the fire alarm, the penalty applied. - Please be kind to save the environment by turn off the air conditioning and all the light when you leave the apartment - Do not break fragile items.
