The apartment has been completely remodeled with new kitchen, flooring, decor, furniture, beds, and bathroom. Access to the property is up one flight of stairs from the entrance of the building. When you enter the home there are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor. Each bedroom on this floor has a double bed and the bathroom has been finished in a stylish contemporary tile and walk in shower. Upstairs you will find the open plan living room, kitchen, and dining area. Relax and enjoy the water views from the window seat. The third bedroom is across the hall and offers twin beds and wardrobe. Parking is available in a secure park just 50 metres away. Within a few minutes you can enjoy all the pubs, restaurants, cafes, and shops. We are close to the train and coach station.
