New England house with sea view

Luxury house with sun from morning to evening. The house is situated on Värmdö, close to downtown Stockholm. The house is located at one of the most popular golf and country clubs in Stockholm. The house is newly renovated with sea view, located in the archipelago of Stockholm. The house is 220 sqm and has a big terrace located in south west, where you can enjoy the sun and the view all day long. The kitchen and the living room has an open plan solution which is connected to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms with verandas overlooking the water. Sleeping arrangement On the ground floor it´s one bedroom with a wide single bed, 105 cm. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom a bunk bed 90 cm and 120 cm wide. Extra beds can be arranged and baby cot bed. Local attractions Fågelbro Golf & Country Club is newly renovated and has a very nice restaurant and bar. You can also enjoy the swimming pool, the sea, the tennis and golf course. During summer time it´s nice to visit Strömma krog, it`s a small harbour with a popular restaurant. There is several walking and running trails outside the door. And you also have the closeness to Stockholm and what it has to offer. It's an arcadian area with the closness to the sea and Stockholm city 30 min away with car and 40 min with bus. The nearest beach is about 10 min from the house. There is also a swimmingpool at Fågelbro Golf & Country Club that you can use as a guest. Restaurants in the area; Please ask me and I'll give you more information Directions to the house from the city center From Slussen you can take the bus 433 or 434 to Fågelbro, it takes 38 min. By car 30 min. From Arlanda airport to Värmdö by car 50 k, 1 hour drive. You can also take the train "Arlanda Express" to the city center, 20 min or the Arlanda buses, 30 min. From the central station (city center) you take the green line to Slussen, 5 min, where the buses to Värmdö depart from.
