This one-of-a-kind cottage is nestled in the gorgeous and immaculate Summer Village Community in the Moody Beach area of Wells Maine. This special cottage enjoys a sought after location on Tidal Pool Circle just steps from the Adult Pool w/ Hot Tub, Family Pool, Tennis Courts and the Clubhouse. The 2-Br (1 Full & 1 Bunk w/ Twin Full Combo), 1-Bath cottage was recently renovated w/ new flooring and a vaulted ceiling to add an open and spacious living experience. The enclosed sunroom provides even more space to relax. Although we won't be on site during your stay we live just north of Wells, ME and are just a phone call or email away if you have questions or issues during your stay. The friendly staff at the Summer Village Community are also available during the day to answer any questions about the resort or surrounding areas you may have during your trip. They're also happy to provide recommendations of things to do such as shop, dine and explore. The Summer Village Community amenities abound for family fun: adult pool w/ hot tub, 2 family pools, 2 kiddie pools, tennis and pickle courts, clubhouse with game room, fitness center and sauna, pavilion with basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, two playgrounds, soccer and softball fields, putting green, bocce, horseshoe, volleyball as well as a 1.8 mile perimeter road for walks, jogging and bike rides. There's also kids camp every July - August. Getting around the resort is easy thanks to the onsite trolley. If you wish to leave the resort but don't feel like driving, the town trolley provides transportation to the beaches, restaurants, historic sites, cultural events, theaters and shopping in the Wells, Ogunquit and York areas. Kennebunkport and Kittery are also a short drive away. The cottage includes 2 parking spaces and there are additional spaces available in the overflow/guest parking in the rear of the village. And Don’t forget the Beaches! Wells Beach, Footbridge Beach and Ogunquit beach are all very conveniently close to the cottage!
