In 30 minutes you can be at Wentworth Castle or the Colne Valley Museum and in 40 minutes the National Trust Nostell Priory, or the Royal Armouries in Leeds. The city of Leeds has become a major shopping destination in recent years, while Meadowhall Shopping Centre with its abundance of shops and eateries is also just 40 minutes, with the bright lights of Manchester and York just over an hour away.
