This spacious apartment is part of a complex of barns and former servants' quarters of a beautiful 17th century villa located a few kilometers from Feltre (12 km) and built on the ruins of an ancient castle. From the castle, the villa has "inherited" its dominant position over the surrounding countryside, so you can enjoy a beautiful view of the underlying green valley from the garden and shared swimming pool (above ground). The villa is part of a small hamlet and is surrounded by 10 hectares of land consisting mainly of olive groves and vineyards. The apartment is distributed on two levels: on first floor there is a living room with sofa bed. The second floor is reached by a wooden staircase and here you will find the kitchen, the double bedroom, the bedroom with bunk beds and the two bathrooms. The original details, such as the wooden strip flooring, are combined with modern furniture, creating a pleasant connection between past and present. In the garden of the villa you will find corners to relax, as well as a gazebo and parasols, where you can enjoy a glass of the excellent wine of this region while the children refresh or play in the pool. The Belluno Dolomites National Park, with its many cycle paths and trails that meander through the mountains, is nearby and is a popular destination for cyclists and nature lovers. In summer, the lake of Santa Croce (40 km) is the paradise for water sports fans who can sail, wind and kitesurf here. The Corlo Lake is 25 km away, while the Mis Lake, with its spectacular waterfalls "La Soffia" and "Cadini del Brenton" are definitely worth a visit and are only 17 km away.
