The two combined living-bedroom are well equipped: The smaller room has a couch, a high-quality Murphy bed (2 m long, headboard adjustable) and a small writing area with books and games. The larger room has 2 just such cabinet beds side by side (individually foldable), a sofa with coffee table and a dining table with chairs. Digital cable TV with DVD and USB port for viewing digital photos, radio with MC and CD player, DVD player with movies, Wi-Fi and telephone are included. The separate fitted kitchen has an electric stove with oven and grill, microwave, refrigerator with freezer. Furthermore there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. The balcony is covered, there are balcony furniture and a sunshade. In the basement laundromat, dryer and drying room are available. The rental price includes bed and table linen, towels, from 4 nights and the final cleaning. Two bicycles are available free of charge.
