Spacious open floor plan dining room and living room area with 12-foot ceiling leading out to lovely patio. Air conditioning units and ceiling fans in each bedroom and in the dining/living room area. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped with well manicured grassy areas and an infinity swimming pool for relaxing. There are also gazebos for hanging out with friends and a gym and community centre to unwind. Take a quick drive to the beach across the street from the property.  Richmond Estates boasts a full-service Company Store which includes a Supermarket, Pharmacy, Liquor Store and Deli.  (Grocery shopping services can be provided at an additional charge). This beautiful property is located approximately 20 minutes from Ocho Rios with quick access to many major tourist attractions such as Chukka Cove, Green Grotto Caves, Seville Great House, Dolphin Cove, Dunn`s River Falls and Park, Mystic Mountain and the world-renowned Margaritaville Restaurant and Bar.   Enjoy a quiet and relaxing neighborhood only 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Montego Bay, Sangster International Airport and approximately 2 hours from the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston.
