Six-Bedroom Seaside Villa in Boscobel, St. Mary This charming, well-appointed six bedrooms and six bathrooms seaside villa is located twenty minutes east of the Town of Ocho Rios. The Villa is comprised of two three-bedroom cottages sitting adjacent to each other at the edge of the Caribbean Sea. There are two spacious master bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Two other bedrooms, have kjng size beds, with en-suite bathrooms and the other two bedrooms both have two twin size beds. There are two full bathrooms located in each hallway. Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit and ceiling fan. The spacious living rooms both have ample seating and Cable TVs. The main dining tables seat up to 8 persons plus there are bonus eating areas inside and outside. The well-appointed kitchens have stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, various small appliances and ample counter space for meal preparation. There is a washing machine on property. Enjoy a variety of authentic Jamaican meals prepared by your own full-time housekeeper (at an additional daily charge). Want to enjoy more of the outdoors? We value your privacy and want you to feel at home when you stay with us. However, you will have a full-time housekeeper and gardener on property to assist you as needed. Most of the homes along the corridor are villas. You are very close to the Ian Flemming International Airport to which you will someday be able to fly directly when you book your vacation stay with us. Many major car rental companies are located on the island. You may pick up a rental car at the airports or in any of the larger towns including Kingston, Montego Bay and Ocho Rios. An Avis Rental Car location is in the Town of Ocho Rios. Bear in mind that in Jamaica vehicles are operated on the left side of the road. Your villa is centrally located between St. Ann, to the west and Portland, to the east. We will be happy to assist you with arranging ground transportation for tours and excursions to the various tourist attractions which are all within close proximity to the Villa and to go shopping. Lightweight tropical clothing is best year-round. Swimwear is allowed on the beach or at the poolside but not on the streets or in public areas.
