Come and stay in this newly renovated 2 bedroom house, sleeping 5 guests. Only a few minutes from Junction 26, M6/M58 with free on street parking. Great central North West location! Close Local shops, takeaways & supermarkets nearby. Only ten minutes from the town centre with a wide range of shops, restaurants & the train station. 2 stylish bedrooms, Upstairs bathroom. Lounge with a smart TV, 2 sofas, table & chairs, bar area with modern kitchen. We have a private enclosed garden. We have a lovely open plan living room with 2 comfy couches to enjoy the living area , the dining area has a bar and dining table area to relax in . We have patio windows that lead in to the secure enclosed garden. We have a small well stocked kitchen with some essentials. Upstairs is a large bedroom with one double bed and a single bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Our bathroom has both a bath and a shower cubicle. The house is a Victorian property with some original features. Our house is on a main road, there is plenty of free parking on the main road or in the streets near the house. Safe neighbourhood. We have a key safe for access to the property to save any guests waiting around to check in, i do meet and greet my guests to welcome them and make sure everything is ok, i am available any time for local knowledge or help with anything needed to make the stay great ! Our Air bnb is set on a main road that leads directly in to Wigan town centre, or directly back to the motorway link. The neighbourhood is nice, a row of a mix of terraced and victorian houses. Opposite the house just a bit further down the road there is a spar shop with a petrol station and Subway inside. The house is right near a bus stop, a ten minute walk to Wigan train station, we will leave information on local taxi companies in the home. There is plenty free parking all around the house and neighbouring streets. On the same road as our bnb there is a large petrol station, with spar shop and subway and Starbucks . Pretty much all you need for essentials you may need on your stay . Plenty on street parking . Safe neighbourhood . We are a ten minute walk or 3 minute car drive from the 2 central Wigan train stations which has trains that go direct to all destinations.
