Tre Terre Panoramica has just been totally facelifted in 2021, lovely furnishings, lovely views! The most perfect apartment to enjoy local Lake Como living, in a rural town with lovely antique corners hidden away to be discovered. Borgo Tre Terre was exactly that a hidden gem that was crumbling until a group of passionate architects came together to bring it to high standard modern dwellings with a touch of rustic charm. The infinity swimming pool tops off the borgo Tre Terre and is shared by a handful of owners. Beautiful location, behind and above the complex that assures stunning views! The Panoramica apartment also has a roof top terrace to take advantage of!! Entering the flat by decending steps from the parking area directly above, you are welcomed into the open space living area that opens out onto a balcony with stunning views. The owners have renovated and updated the apartment, offering a lovely relaxing space for you to enjoy with Noridc style finishing touches that fit in perfectly with the atmosphere of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, the dinging area offers enough space to accommodate 4 and lounge area offers a sofa and armchair. The sofa is also a comfortable sofa bed. You can also enjoy the balcony to eat outside. The master bedroom also opens out onto the balcony, stunning views area also to be had, specially in the morning with the sun rise but there are also darkening curtains if you wish to sleep a bit longer than the rising sun! Bathroom with shower, wc, basin and bidet finishes the grand tour of the property. Pianello is a sleepy town with lots of hamlets that are dying to be discovered. It has a beautiful lake front walk that connects Pianello to Musso going north and Pianello to Cremia going south. There are a few restaurants, one mini market and a few cafes and bars. The pool is open from 15 May to 31 October stunning views Lake Como tradition infinity pool getting away from it all You have access to the shared pool and one parking space. We are here to assist you during your booking experience, arrival and available from 9am to 6pm to help you during your stay if you need us! Pianello is a sleepy town with lots of hamlets that are dying to be discovered. It has a beautiful lake front walk that connects Pianello to Musso going north and Pianello to Cremia going south. There are a few restaurants, one mini market and a few cafes and bars. We highly recommend you have a car if staying here, it is up the mountain (hence the views). ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES Check in time is between 3 to 6pm. It is important that you inform us of your estimated time of arrival a few days in advance by email to: (Email hidden by Airbnb) or via Air BnB message so we can arrange meet and greet services. Check in is from 3 to 6pm. You do have a self check in key box, however if you need assistance to check in please respect the check in times. You will receive all of the arrival information that you will need so please make sure you read all of it, INCLUDING ATTACHMENTS. Check out is prior to 10am. Remember to leave the keys where you found them and scramble the combination. PASSPORT REGISTRATION We will request passports of everyone in your group on arrival for passport registration, this is for the local police and tourist stats for the Regione Lombardia. TOURIST TAX Please keep in mind that the municipality of Pianello charges a daily tourist tax of €0.50 per person (children below 14 yrs of age are exempt). This amount must be left in cash the envelope that you find in in the apartment by the pool key. SERVICE CHARGE The service charge of €100 and includes: linen, towels and final clean. This is included in your booking. HEATING Please note that heating is not included in the rate. In colder months, from 14 October to 14 April a €10 heating fee will be charged, you can leave this in the envelope with the tourist tax.
