The village of Tackley is located in North Oxfordshire, 14 km north of Oxford and 5 km from the town of Woodstock. The location offers easy access to Oxford, Bicester and The Cotswolds. The village has a main line railway station with regular trains to Oxford, Banbury and London. Excellent location to visit Oxford, Blenheim Palace and Bicester Village. ABOUT OR HOME Buffs Lodge is a two bedroom cottage tucked away in a quiet courtyard with the owner living nearby. The property comprises of: -Kitchen-living-dining room. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer and microwave. -The dining area has a dining table and seating for four. -Living area is furnished with two-seater sofas and a wide screen TV. -Bedroom one with king size bed (this can be split into two singles with 48 hours notice). -Family bathroom with bath, WC and wash basin. -Stairs lead up to the first floor which comprises of: -Bedroom two with king size bed. -En suite bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin. NOTES There is no washing machine available in the property but the owner lives next door and is happy to make this facility available. OUTSIDE AREA AND GARDEN There is a patio area which is private with bench and table for dining al fresco. PARKING There is parking for two vehicles at the property ABOUT THE NEIGHBOURHOOD The village of Tackley is located in North Oxfordshire, 14 km north of Oxford and 5 km from the town of Woodstock.
