There are not too many villas right near the beach but this villa is indeed one of them. It's in the perfect spot. Villa Kobe is just a 100m walk to the Canggu beach where you then have Finns Beach Club to the left, or Old Man's to the right. For surfing enthusiasts there is a surf break directly in front. The property has two bedrooms each with shower and deep soaking tub, also a powder room. Living space can be enclosed and has AC so can be kept nice and cool during the day. Bedrooms are air conditioned, and have natural light in both of them. The living area can be enclosed which is also air conditioned, or you can open up all the doors letting the air pass through giving you a sense of open plan space. The kitchen is set up for you to prepare any meals for when you decide to stay in, breakfast is an option, and if you choose it, our housekeeper will prepare a lovely breakfast for you each morning for you to wake to. They will attend to the housekeeping of the villa during your stay, and the villa manager is on hand and can be reached via the villa phone if you require assistance with travel, tours, drivers, motor bike rental, information etc. There is wi fi and cable tv, both complimentary for you to enjoy on the days you do decide to stay at the villa and just relax. A beautiful Balinese style gazebo is at one end of the swimming pool for you to kick back and read a book out of the sun, or opt for one of the day beds and positive yourself under Bali's beautiful golden sun. There is a huge supermarket called Frestive just around the corner and walking distance. We can assist you with booking any drivers, hire services, tours, restaurant reservations etc. There are also plenty of brochures at the villa with information on everything there is to do in Bali for you to read through at your leisure. Please note there is currently a hotel project underway at the back of the villa. Obviously we cannot confirm whether this will be an issue during your stay as each week it changes as to what stage they are working on. As you can read in the reviews, for some guests it was not an issue during their stay, but we are obligated to let you know before you book and the booking is non refundable The villa manager will be available if you need him. There is a beautiful temple close by near the beach and you are surrounded by lots of trees. The area is very quiet and relaxing. If you choose to rent a car or motorbike, our staff can assist you and there is undercover parking for you also.
