In the middle of the dreamy snow paradise, framed by a breathtaking world of peaks, the JULIANA is available as cozy group holiday accommodation in the dreamy winter village of Stuben am Arlberg. A group of up to 10 people (max. 8 adults) will find a romantic holiday home in this accommodation. The fun in the snow starts right outside the front door. The ´Albonabahn´ can be reached directly on skis after a few short warm-up swings. Ski-in and ski-out with pure powder snow! Feel welcome! An idyll in the middle of the mountains, full of comfort and freedom, everything uncomplicated and with self-catering. The interiors of the JULIANA have recently been renovated so that in the new season it shines in full splendor and gives it a modern ambience. The JULIANA is great for a vacation in a group. We offer different rental units (for 10 persons (max. 8 adults and 2 children), for up to 25 persons or for a big group up to 35 persons. Each group has its own area of use, which means that there are only few points of contact with other guests in the house. The only common meeting areas with the other group in the house are the corridor and ski room. JULIANA FOR 2 GROUPS ´SMALL´ FOR UP TO 10 PEOPLE The family apartment in combination with the directly adjacent family room on the ground floor for up to 10 people together is the small holiday retreat with around 90m2. In the kitchenette in the family apartment, breakfast is conjured up together and the day starts. In the evening, this group prefers the culinary offer in the surrounding restaurants in Stuben. Two large family units (each with two separate rooms) and a private bathroom are available for this group. Unit 1: Family apartment - two rooms (separate bedroom and living room with sleeping accommodation) - Dining area in the living room - Kitchenette in the living room, with refrigerator and coffee maker - 6 beds (1 double bed, two single beds, a double sofa bed) - ideal for 4 adults and 2 children - size 48m2 - private bathroom Unit 2: family room - two rooms (two double bedrooms, with dressing room) - Coffee machine - 4 beds (1 double bed, two single beds) - for a maximum of 4 people - size 41m2 - private bathroom THE GUEST IS MANDATORY TO FOLLOW THE CORONA GUIDELINES OF THE LAND OF VORALRBERG AND AUSTRIA !!! The great Arlberg ski area lives up to its excellent reputation far beyond the national borders in all respects. Simply a winter dream - and the JULIANA right in the middle. The Arlberg ski area (largest ski area in Austria) can be reached directly on skis. The romantic village center of Stuben with restaurants and a village shop is only a few minutes' walk from the house. The free car park is also located in the center of the village. Upon request, a luggage service from the car park to the JULIANA (5 minutes' walk) can be booked for a fee, as can underground parking spaces. We are happy to offer underground parking spaces for a fee (12 euros per day and space) or a luggage service from the parking lot to the JULIANA. Please send us a message if you would like to take advantage of these extra services. The house is only a few 100 meters from the ski area. Ski-in and ski-out. The ski area can be reached directly on skis. No need for a car. Our arrival and departure days are Wednesday and Sunday. Other days only by arrangement. Possible booking periods are Sunday - Wednesday (for 3 nights) Wednesday - Sunday (for 4 nights) or weekly from Wednesday to Wednesday or Sunday to Sunday (7 nights) Please take note when making your booking request.
