The villa offers 5 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, a cinema room, 2 office rooms, a cigar room and a garden. All furniture and décor are original period items, meanwhile the Villa offers today comforts and technology. The heart of the city is less than 10minutes away by public transport or by car. We have a Villa guardian for your convenience. If you do not want to stay in a hotel, Villa Imperial in Zurich is the perfect choice for you – it offers full privacy: nobody disturbs you, it even meets the requirements of celebrities and VIP persons. The villa is a unique and exclusive venue for wedding or birthday parties and business events, eg. product launch, partner party (price and conditions are upon request only) The villa has a beautiful and large garden and a covered parking place for 2 cars. Inside the 4 level building, there are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a dining room, living rooms and a private apartment with a separate bathroom for our in-house staff. Extras: an orangery and a covered grill terrace in addition to the exceptional outdoor area for intimate lounging. Inside the villa building there also is a cigar room, a wine cellar and a home cinema room. You can use all rooms of the villa, including the cigar room, the cinema room, living rooms, kitchen, dining room. In the garden, you can chill out on the bbq terrace, and park your car at your convenience in the dedicated area. We provide in-house staff. They can make (for additional 300 CHF/night price) the everyday cleaning, change the bath amenities, towels, and even the bad linen if you want. They can make the shopping and prepare you the breakfast (but the cost of the food is yours). The lake and the center is very close. You can reach the Paradeplatz and the Bahnhof strasse only in 10 minutes by car or by tramway. We have parking places for extra 3 cars in the garden. You can chose the public transport also, the tramway stops directly by the Villa. "Contrary to widespread belief, noise pollution is not permitted any more by day than by night, as there is an obligation to avoid any excessive noise, irrespective of the time or level. This principle simply has to be followed more strictly at night so that people's sleep is not disturbed. The law of Geneva1 recalls that excessive noise is prohibited at all times. This rule must be obeyed more strictly between 21:00 and 07:00 because "excessive" noise is all the more apparent at night. As the Swiss Civil Code also points out, excessive noise is no more permissible within our own four walls than outside. We must all take the necessary steps to ensure that peace is not disturbed on the public highway or in the neighbourhood. Finally, with regard to rented accommodation, the provisions of the lease stress that the tenant must show due respect for his neighbours and that includes not disturbing the peace and quiet of the building."
