The villa features a well equipped kitchen with hob, microwave and under bench oven, spacious lounge with flat screen TV,iPod dock DVD player and Wifi modem. A cupboard contains all linen changes and beach towels, books games and DVDs.Guests enjoy the BBQ on their deck herbs and fruits to pick.Home baking on arrival Villa Tiare is less than a minutes stroll to our beautiful beach and is surrounded by tropical plantings. Breakfast starter and home baking when you arrive. The villa is spacious with an excellent kitchen (plus a BBQ on your deck). Italian loungers on the deck to enjoy a read, a sleep or a glass of wine. The bed is a Queen bed. Outside shower for when you come off the beach. Private clothesline Access to complimentary kayaks and snorkeling gear.........also to a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The villa has its own private clothesline. The office door has the times that the manager is available and Grace the manager is happy to have a chat and make any bookings for you. All rubbish is recycled and separate bins are available. There is a compost bin near the herb garden for green waste. There is a gym at the hall near the local shop....a couple of minutes walk The staff are fantastic and happy to help. This is done without intrusion. Loving and Fred are local and will show you how to make local things such as a flower eis, the husking of a coconut etc. Grace the manager loves to keep the guests happy and will go out of her way to help you. Titkaveka is a nice quiet area and the beach reputedly the best on the island. You can walk to two restaurants and two cafes. A local shop is a short walk for basics as is a fruit stall. There is a gym in the local hall if you want to keep up your fitness!! A church across the road has wonderful singing on a Sunday Buses go regularly around the island and you can hail them at the gate. There is a timetable in your villa and if the bus is your chosen method of travel on the island buy a concession ticket. Cars and scooters are available for hire There is a lock box outside your villa for the keys if you don't wish to carry them around. The manager's office hours are on the door but she is available 24/7 should you need her In the interests of energy conservation on the island we ask that all fans and air con be turned off when you leave the villa please Air con has a $15 per night surcharge however there is a big ceiling fan and pedestal fan in the villa so air con is not often used
