Downstairs is a spacious sitting area with open fire, step up to dining area comfortably seating 6, step up to fully fitted kitchen with oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, all crockery cutlery, pots and pans etc. Through to a newly fitted walk in shower room and w.c. Outside the garden is cute with patio area, small lawn area and flower borders. Outside furniture and barbeque. The whole Cottage and Garden is exclusively for guests use. So many great places to visit in the area including - Farnham Castle and Park, Frensham Ponds which have their own sandy beaches! Alice Holt Forest, The Sculpture Park in Churt, the North Downs for amazing walks, dogs are welcome in most places in the area. One hour drive to sandy beaches of the Witterings or Brighton. 50 minutes train to London Waterloo. The area is perfect for amazing walks, dog walks and cycle rides. Crondall is a quintessential English Village dating back to the 16 hundreds surrounded by beautiful countryside. The village has a pretty Church, 2 great pubs, a Village shop/post office catering for all basic needs. Step out for lovely walks and cycle rides. Just 8 minutes drive in the Georgian Market Town of Farnham with its bustling individual shops, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs. The Farnham Maltings offers a Theatre and Craft Centre with always something going on. A car is recommended, there is an infrequent bus service. Bring your bicycle for great rides.
