This beautiful boutique style two bedroom bungalow is situated within the village of Trimley St. Martin close to Felixstowe beach and town. The picturesque Felixstowe seafront is a short drive away with its selection of bars, restaurants and cafes or you can use the property as a base to explore the stunning Suffolk Heritage coastline. For golfer or sailors, Felixstowe Ferry has much to offer, and the fish and chips at the Ferry Boat Inn are not to be missed! This newly built self contained detached two bedroom bungalow offers a ‘home from home’ feel and is decorated with rich shades and a spacious entrance hall with warm oak doors. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you require for your stay and features an oven with ceramic hob, microwave, built in fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine as well as a kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over and glazed screen. Within the lounge there is a flat screen TV, a large comfy sofa bed and two cosy armchairs as well as a dining table. The main bedroom is a generous size with a triple wardrobe, dressing table & drawers and there is ample suitcase space. The second bedroom has two single beds and a chest of drawers. The driveway provides off road parking for two vehicles and there is further on road parking available if required. There is an attractive private rear garden with outside seating which can be accessed via the double doors from the lounge. For those who enjoy walking, access to the countryside is just a short stroll away and can even lead you to the banks of the River Orwell. Access to the property is via a secure key safe and code details are provided immediately prior to your stay. EV Charger. For the security of all our guests we have a doorbell camera fitted that shows the front door area only. The property has driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles and there is further on road parking. The Bus route to Felixstowe / Ipswich is at the top of the road in St Martins Green. The train station is located within the next village Trimley St Mary (approx 3 min drive) and provides links to Felixstowe town centre and Ipswich. We like to give our guests peace and quiet to enjoy your stay however I am available at anytime via message or phone to help with any enquiries. I'm even happy to recommend some places to visit in the area or good places to eat, please ask :-) The bungalow is located in one of the Trimley villages on the outskirts of the coastal town of Felixstowe. There is easy access to the A14 and a railway station on the Ipswich to Felixstowe line. Felixstowe is an historic Edwardian seaside town with a bustling town centre with many cafes, shops, cinema, bingo hall and much more ..... something for guests of all ages. Take a stroll along the beautiful promenade lined with colourful beach huts, visit the magnificent new Pier & The Boardwalk cafe and bistro, experience a show at the Spa Pavilion or step back in time at Landguard Fort and the Felixstowe Museum. Or visit the Old Felixstowe area of the promenade and have a drink at the Fludyers Arms and take in the panoramic views over the sea. Further along the coast, journey through the middle of the 18 hole Martello Course at the Felixstowe Ferry Golf Club on your way to the hamlet of Felixstowe Ferry, home to Felixstowe Ferry Sailing Club, the not to be missed foot & cycle ferry to Bawdsey and the Ferry Boat Inn (famous for its amazing fish & chips). The property has a driveway for parking up to 2 vehicles, there is further on street parking if required. The property has a sloped pathway leading to the front door with no steps (small rise over the door fresh hold). There is a bus service the runs from the top of the road in St Martins Green and runs a regular service into Felixstowe /Ipswich & Woodbridge. Felixstowe town centre and seafront is approx 5 minute drive. Ipswich town centre is around 10-15 mins drive. The Trimley Villages being Trimley St Martin & Mary have a selection of very nice pubs and bars for eating & dining out. There are no steps within the property as it is all on one level, there is a ramp that leads up to the front door and wide door frames within the property allow for wheelchair access. Please ask if you would like measurements. Please note: The shower is over the bath and not a separate cubicle. This of course means that there is not full facilities for those with disabilities however please ask as I am happy to send more details and photos on request.
