The building itself is almost 200yrs old and is on the same street JM Barrie grew up in. The property is a first floor apartment with its own entrance accessed via an external staircase. The property can be accessed using a keysafe which i will send the code for once booking is confirmed. I can be reached via phone or email and I live only 20mins away if needed for anything. A welcome pack with some basic foods will be provided along with all toiletries. The apartment is within a quiet residential area. There are downstairs neighbours and therefore noise should be kept to a minimum after 11pm. The town and all amenities including bars, restaurants, museums, shops etc are a short 5 min walk away. There are good bus links to other towns nearby and the cities of Aberdeen, Dundee and Perth are a short drive away. Within Kirriemuir you will find plenty to do. The property has 10 Munroes within easy reach and is a perfect base for a weekends climbing. There is a golf course a 15min walk away and horse riding nearby to mention a few.
