Point Zero ****

The Point Zero is a beautiful studio, perfect for pampering for two or a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is located in a brand new designer furnished residence, where you will find everything you need for a perfect vacation. The studio saw the light of day in 2020. With carefully selected furniture and modern design it invites guests who respects privacy. It has everything you need: private parking (also for your electric hobby), cafe (which offers great breakfast, snacks and burgers), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, air-conditioned room, king size bed, LCD TV, bright living room, office desk) where you can enjoy getaway or prepare for a meeting and a sunny atrium where you can drink your morning coffee. The modernly furnished apartment is spacious enough for a lovely city getaway. After a morning coffee in a private atrium, you can go to the city, on a hike to Šmarna gora, on a bike ride, have lunch at the Kaval Inn or prepare your own dinner. IMPORTANT! The city tax is not included in the room rate and it is paid through AIRBNB resolution center (or bank transfer, if you prefer). On the day of your arrival, you will receive the receipt for your stay as well as the city tax on Airbnb chat, your e-mail or printed in person if you wish. By law all guests must provide personal ID or PASSPORT number, full name, date of birth, country and gender (you will receive link where you can fulfill your data). City tax for adults is € 3,13 (2,50 € Tourist tax + 0,63 € promotional tax) per night. For children aged from 7 to 18 is 1,57 € per night. (halved tax = 1,26 € Tourist tax + 0,31 € promotional tax) Children under the age of 7 are exempted from paying the city tax.
