Just 3 Km from Colares, a region famous for its excellent “ramisco” wine, which can be tasted in the "Colares Regional Winery". Close to other beautiful white sandy beaches: Praia da Ursa (2 Km, naturist beach near Cabo da Roca), Aguda (4,5 Km), Magoito (6 Km), among others. 10 km away you will find another beautiful beach: “Guincho” on the way to Cascais where the world windsurfing camp is celebrated and recently known for kyte surfing. Lisbon, the capital, is only 35 km from the “Casa do Moinho” where you can find great historical monuments, theaters, cinema, the well-known theme park “Parque das Nações” where Expo 98 was held, shopping areas, garden zoo and typical Portuguese restaurants where you can taste traditional Portuguese cuisine and listen to the famous "Fado".
