The home features an open plan upstairs living area which flows onto a deck overlooking the River. Bed 1 - Queen Bed upstairs Bed 2 - Queen Bed upstairs Bed 3 - Double bed with single bunk on top Bed 4 - Double bed with single bunk on top - downstairs Modern bathroom with shower, toilet, basin There is an additional shower and toilet in Laundry. Other features include: flat screen smart TV, Wifi access available for guests, full laundry facilities, comfy lounges, Tennis court, BBQ, Books & games for kids. Bed and bath linen is all provided for your convenience. All pets need approval before bringing them along, the waters edge is not fenced. You are welcome to bring your boat, and are able to launch your boat from the ramp at the property. If your boat is to large to fit through the garage, please use the local boat ramp. Please ensure quiet enjoyment of this area at all times and respect the neighbours, please pickup after yourself and do not leave any rubbish in this area. Your boat may be moored from the jetty for day use purposes.
