Perfect location to launch hiking, biking, boating, swimming. There is a ski hill with in 20 mins of the property, snowmobile trails and cross country skiing. drive the bluff above to see some spectacular views of the river valley below. Full bath (with shower and tub) and Kitchen with everything you need for spices olive oil and vegetable oil. Pots and pans dishes, utensils for Webber grill (charcoal and fluid are not provided). firewood provided (for small campfires only). Cottage is located one block from boat landing with a dock and city park. Also located on the MRT Minnesota Bicycle trail along the Southern Minnesota Bluffs, so bring your bicycle. We are close to the interstate, making it easy off and on for traveling about. Perfect for a stay when traveling by motorcycle. You will have the property to yourself, and feel free to use the firepit (firewood provided) we just ask that you keep the fires small. Or sit on the deck and watch for eagles, cranes and pelicans fly overhead.
