The studio is located on the upper floor of the guest house "Som do Mar" at the periphery of the historic city of São Filipe and on the cliffs above the black beach of Fonte Bila. It is one of three fully furnished apartments, which are in use for hoildays or long term stay. The studio measures about 60m² and consists of an integrated sleeping room, living room and kitchen area of ​​approximately 47m². The sleeping area has a double bed in form of two single beds and a ceiling fan. There is also a built-in wardrope with a safe for valuables. The separate bathroom has a shower with hot water. In the living area, among others, a chest of drawers with TV and a couch that can be easily converted into a full bed. The kitchen has a refrigerator, sink, gas stove with oven and all necessary utensils. The private balcony (13m²) is equipped with a dining table and a planting zone. The studio is connected to the partially covered terrace with table and benches, lots of plants and a wide view down to the beach and to the neighboring island of Brava. On the roof of the studio, there is a spacious sun terrace with a bistro table and among others a beautiful view over the rooftops of São Filipe. Part of our service is the provision and weekly cleaning of bed linen and towels. And all rooms are cleaned once a week by neighbor Maria. Caretaker Galileu is responsable for the courtyard and the terraces and stands for minor repairs. He lives in the front part of the house.
