Known for the production of terracotta, this lovely borgo is perched on top of a hill with a panoramic view of the surrounding villages and the sea. The location is ideal to explore the area, including walks through the nearby historic centers, visits to vineyards with tasting of local products and day trips to the beach. The property is completely fenced and offers a large equipped porch, barbecue area with wood oven and garden full of plants and olive trees to spend memorable outdoor moments. The swimming pool is under construction and will be ready for season 2022. The accommodation borders on a property, although it guarantees privacy, exclusive entrance and spaces for relaxation. The villa is on two levels. The ground floor has a living room-kitchen with TV corner and fireplace; there you access the porch and garden. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with study area with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and closet.
