Quiet area of town. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths (1 king, 2 queen). Downstairs has 2 futon, top-bunk and bathroom with shower. TV receives NBC and Fox channels. Also is able to get Netflix, Disney, etc with your own login info. The center of town is 1 mile away. The beach is a 10 minute drive.
