There are 2 very spacious verandas; 1 upstairs with magnificent views, 1 downstairs adjacent to the swimming pool with terrace. Next to the villa is the landscaped tropical garden with seating. The villa is cozy and luxuriously furnished and very complete; air conditioners in the various rooms. The kitchen is equipped with modern quality appliances incl. Dishwasher. Also satellite TV, wifi, washing machine and dryer are available. There is a large sitting room with access to the spacious veranda with lounge set and dining table. There are three double bedrooms. High chair and cot available. There are also two bathrooms with; shower, toilet and sink. The villa is completely fenced, ensuring peace and privacy; no direct neighbors, only olive groves! The village Vasilitsi with grocery and excellent taverna is within walking distance. Many sandy beaches nearby. Open fire eg bbq, candles, tea lights etc not allowed (inside & outside).
