Serene 3brm house plus large studio on amazing Darkinjung land, opposite the river. Near the entrance to Tuggerah Lake. Great for rocking on the porch, fishing, kayaking, local walks with a boat ramp just a couple of hundred meters away, and fisherman’s coop on our street if you don’t catch your own dinner. Large dining table for up to 8 overlooks river. Outdoor dining in the back garden too under the wisteria. There is a spa/plunge pool for warm days and fireplaces plus fire pit for cool evenings. A beautiful garden and lots of gorgeous birds. Resident Pelicans out front really add to the serenity. Why not take our deck chairs over the road for Sundowners on the grass by the river? Please come share our beautiful family escape and treat it as if we are friends you have not met yet. Quiet locals nook, good for family or 2-3 couples. Aboriginal art lovers may enjoy how we have decorated. Tea, sugar, simple herbs and condiments all provided. Soda stream, mini food processor, smoothie machine & nespresso machine in kitchen. Main bathroom has hairdryer and straightener. Side access possible for Studio. While the property is all single level, the steps are high and may be tricky for the very young or elders. Studio not great for crawlers and toddlers as split level with large step. If you have any ideas for us around what the house might need or how to make the listing better please let us know. We are so grateful for the privilege of being born, raised, working, loving and living on aboriginal land. Please note when we come we do have 2 dogs which are both ‘oodles’ so SHOULD not cause any allergy issues and of course the cleaner comes after each guest. Our favourite places to check out locally for food: Wyong Milk Factory and Glee Coffee Roasters at the Chapman Building. River Reflection Café is a short walk down the road and has a lovely simple menu, and small gift store and essentials if you run out. Tuggerah Westfield is just 10 minutes away with all you may need and more.
