The property is a converted barn with lots of original features. Large fitted kitchen, with American style fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc,We have a lovely large lounge with Satelite french and english TV, and a lovely sun-room that looks over our Large swimming pool and countryside. ... we provide lots of books, dvds, outside games and indoor ones, we are our own little hamlet and the house overlooks countryside on all sides. There are lots of walks all around us and the towns of Niort, Poitiers, Angouleme and Ruffec are all within 45 minutes drive. We offer self catering options for up to 4 people, where you have sole use of an apartment .We are ideally situated just 5 km from theN10, so easy access to all directions..
