Welcome to our beautiful home tucked in on a quiet 2 acres in the Hudson Valley. Wineries, orchards, hiking trails all minutes away with your car! We recommend visiting Hudson Whiskey, a local distillery with a gorgeous exterior seating area and beautiful views of a babbling Brooke and restaurant for fine dining or if you prefer wine, the Magnanini Winery is just a short 6 minute drive away! The home features about 4000 sq.ft. of liveable space, not including garage / basement. The first floor has gorgeous heated marble floors, perfect for the winter time. The second floor has imported Australian hardwood with a lovely, modern dual tone design. The foyer boasts a 6 foot chandelier, as well access to the front patio for watching the sunrise on quiet mornings. As you walk through the home you will pass the dining area, our lovely kitchen with a 12 foot island w/ barstool seating and a 9 foot butcher block to meal prep on. Off to the side we have a breakfast nook, with more seating available, and access to the two level deck. Our deck has a propane BBQ and fire pit with seating, perfect for star gazing! You will notice antique furniture throughout the home, we pride ourselves on up cycling and restoring these unique pieces. We feel they give the home a warm, welcoming character that mixes nicely with our more modern pieces. Let’s not forget high speed wifi and a smart tv in the living area, for those quiet nights in. Everything you need we have, and if you can’t find it just ask. I’ll gladly try to help you locate what you are looking for. At check in you will be greeted by me you’re host. We will then have a tour of the property and I will answer any questions you might have. I look forward to hosting you and your group! *We just added a hot tub to our property, we are working on adding steps from the deck for easy access, for now you will need to walk to the back from our front entrance! **Please note this is my home and I do have my personal belongings here, so you might notice some of my food in the fridge or my personal belongings in some area.
