A 200 year old downtown building completely renovated and modernized!! This beautiful loft space is over 2000 sq ft to host private parties/events or accommodate a large family gathering…. But also perfect for a couples getaway! Located near popular dining areas & bars in our beautiful downtown. *note this is a loft, so there are stairs that lead to the entrance, picture included in listing. And main street parking. The master suite is located on the north end of the building with gorgeous windows facing downtown and the other 2 bedrooms plus a separate bathroom on the south side. The kitchen, family room & laundry are featured in the middle for plenty of privacy if 2 families were traveling together. Beds for 8, plus a couch and plenty of room for cots or blow up mattress! *2 twin air mattresses available & a twin fainting couch/bed. Place settings, towels and seating perfect for 8 and supplies for checking in available. Ie: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath, 1 paper towel roll, dish soap and detergent. For parties larger than 8, please be prepared to bring a few extra supplies. We do have 6-6’ tables available in the loft utility room for events.
