Fully furnished and linens included. Large front porch, large backyard with fire pit, and new water system (installed 2018). TV and Internet included, no cable but TV is streaming capable. 5 minute walk to beach. Quiet street with plenty of off-road parking. Pets welcome and must be leashed when outdoors! Renters pet only! $25.00 pet fee and shot records must be provided! Great location! Close to Old Forge restaurants, shops, and Enchanted Forest Water Safari as well as boat rentals and attractions. Available year-round! Snowmobile season arriving soon! Weekend, weekly, and monthly rates also available. Please remove all trash and recycled items from premises when leaving or a $50 trash removal fee will be added. Towels are available for use; please place them in a plastic bag after use. No washer and dryer. Please keep the premises as you found it. Absolutely no alcohol under the age of 21. Quiet time 10 PM. Please be considerate of the neighbors. 2 night minimum please! Please extinguish campfires in the evening, or before checking out. Please provide firewood. Bottled drinking water is advised for cooking and drinking if well water is not for you . Please note !! There is no grill . Brand new electric stove and microwave!
