Located at the top of a 2km private road (cleared of snow and maintained annually) from Chemin Scott (municipal road), the Primavesi Estate Genesis House bears its name because it is the house of the instigators of the Primavesi renovation project, once called the Children's Village, a place rich in stories and sweet memories, but it is also the most recently renovated. The Genesis House was located a few years ago between the two other houses of the Primavesi Estate, but was moved in 2015 in order to create a little more privacy for the 3 owners and in order to position it strategically on the most high ground, also having the best view of the domain. The 3 houses, identical but each renovated according to the preferences of their owners, were designed by architect George F Eber in 1969 (renowned architect at Expo 67), with large volumes, very efficient and all in all, exceptionally designed. Each house also has its own well, allowing excellent water pressure without limit of use even in times of drought. The insulation as well as all the windows have been changed, providing a completely waterproof shell, ideal for keeping the heat of winter and a comfortable temperature in summer.
