Gîte on a farm in a typical 17th century building with a small independent landscaped garden, a large shaded terrace. 1 hour from Paris and the castles of the Loire, you are there to enjoy the forest of Orléans and visit the castle of Chamerolles. Ground floor: entrance, large living-dining room with living room and open fitted kitchen, laundry room and wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with a shower room and wc in 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Bail. Electric heating (invoicing according to consumption) and additional wood pellets (6€ per bag per day). Sheets and towels not provided, possibility of renting them for €8 per pair of sheets and €4 per person for towels. The end-of-stay cleaning package is offered at the rate of €50 (mandatory invoice for professional rentals).
