Cathance lake is Pristine with clear water and some of the best fishing in Maine. This cabin is perfect for a Romantic night in the woods or for a small family "Glamping" experience. The cabin features clean well water, propane lights, electric lights, small electric Refrigerator, propane hot water and a wood stove. The cabin is powered by a propane generator with battery back up and an inverter for constant electric lights with an indoor remote to activate the generator. The Waterfront is rustic with an 8x4 ft dock, 1, 2 person perception kayak 1 2-3 person Canoe 1 1 person Manatee Kayak.
