This house, located in Morizès, is ideal for 10 vacationers. It offers 5 bedrooms, a furnished garden, a terrace and WiFi. The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including WiFi, a DVD player, a Hi-Fi and a radio. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 10 or outside, on the terrace or in the garden. The house has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 3 including a double bed, 1 including a single bed and 1 including a single bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet. A separate toilet is available The house features air conditionning, central heating, a washing machine, a dryer, a dressing room, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products. Note that towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 80 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1.4 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival. Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed.
