This is a 1000 square foot home that you will have to yourself. Come join this relaxing environment! A few miles away from Ferris which makes an easy get-a-way to come see your college student. Slow pace atmosphere with the river life feel. Just 5 minutes from town and attractions. Enjoy a campfire and plenty of space to play in the yard. Place is heated with a mini-split that is centrally located in the house. Still needs some painting and some trim but will hopefully be completed shortly.
