The Anchorage is a spacious holiday home ideal for families, set in the desirable Sovereign Harbour area of Eastbourne. The bars, restaurants and cafes of the Waterfront area are an easy walk, as is the retail park, with an Asda, Boots, TK Maxx and other stores. Eastbourne centre is just five miles away - a quick drive or lovely promenade stroll. Set over two floors, this detached home sleeps up to six across four bedrooms and has driveway parking for several cars. There is a garden to the front and rear of the house, with the rear garden fully enclosed so ideal for families with small children. The ground floor has plenty of sociable space. The main reception room is a large dining lounge, which boasts a dining table to seat six, plus several sofas and armchairs. Running the full length of the house, this lovely room has windows at one end, French doors to the garden at the other, so is bathed in lots of natural light. A smaller, second lounge is set up as a TV snug, with a sofa and armchair in front of a smart TV. Don't forget your Netflix log in if you want to catch up on your favourite show. The separate kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday, with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and the pots, pans and cutlery you need. This leads to a conservatory overlooking the rear garden, complete with a further table and chairs. The bedrooms are all set on the first floor. The master bedroom is a kingsize with lots of built in wardrobes, plus free-standing chests of drawers - no need to skimp on your packing. This room has an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a double room and boasts the second TV set of the house - ideal if you like to watch a bit of TV in bed or you can't all agree what to watch. There are also two single bedrooms on this floor, plus the main family bathroom with a bath and shower over. A handy downstairs WC is provided for convenience. WiFi is provided, plus linen and regular towels (pack your beach towels).
