Looking for a resort style holiday without the price tag? This modern, Hampton style accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Walk through the tropical palms to the entrance of the 2-bedroom townhouse Raffetys Resort and you will feel a world away from home. The townhouse has Free Wifi and access to all the resort facilities including oasis pools, heated pool, tennis courts and onsite café and restaurant. Separated on two floors, this townhouse has everything you need including kitchen and laundry facilities and Free Wifi. The Hampton style bedrooms sleep up to 4 people. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and comfortable queen beds and are spacious and tastefully decorated, with verandas to sit and watch the birds. There is a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity and a second toilet located downstairs. Downstairs, the air-conditioned lounge and dining area has a large comfortable lounge, flat screen TV, DVD player and dining table. Lounge out on the deck chairs and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon wine. The kitchenette and laundry are equipped with coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hot plate and utensils to cook some breakfast or prepare lunch or dinner. If you prefer to cook outdoors, there is a private BBQ onsite. There is a café and restaurant on-site just 100m walk from The Guest House to enjoy some breakfast or seafood with lake views. There are also laundry facilities for use during your stay. The Guest House is conveniently located just a short walk to the main resort pool and restaurant. Raffetys Resort is located on the lakes edge just a 1.5-hour drive from Sydney with private lakeside beach, four oasis style pools, heated pool, tennis courts, private jetty, on-site café and restaurant, daily bird feeding and boat hire. If extra accommodation is required for larger groups, there are two studio apartments options available to book in conjunction with the Guest House to sleep a total of 10 people. Please be aware that the Guest House is separated to the other accommodations via an inner locked door. Please be respectful of neighboring guests during your stay. Please note: Parking is available on-site in the driveway or in the designated guest parking areas at resort reception less than 100m to the entry of the Guest House. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK BOTH SIDES OF THE DRIVEWAY. Entry is through the grand entry at the front of the house through the left sliding door. Please note: The resort facilities, including the pools and restaurants, are now open. QR code logging in will be required and there will be additional rules at each facility. Please note: This self-contained home is booked exclusively for your use, it is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and we have contactless check-in and check-out to help you have a Safe-Stay. You will be required to complete a guest registration before check-in, this will involve providing your credit card details for security reasons, no charges will apply unless damages occur.
