Lakehouse Getaway on Greers Ferry Lake near Narrows bridge!

Lake House! We are making our beautiful 4 bedroom family home on Greer’s Ferry Lake near the Narrows bridge available so families looking to create memories on the most beautiful lake in Arkansas, or maybe anywhere. Our spacious home is the perfect escape for those wanting to stay on beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. Located in one of the best areas of the lake, near Narrows area, our fabulous spacious home, 2200 sq ft lakefront home is very close to the top marina in the area, Lacey's Narrows Marina and the beautiful Narrows Campground where you can launch your boat or rent one. You will love the stunning views and the acces to the the lake , and the close proximity to a marina, a park, swimming areas, boat launches, and golf. Stay here and make this your base for lake fishing, and within a short drive of great river fishing too. Close to three golf courses, at Fairfield Bay, and many walking trails, new ATV type trails at Fairfield Bay., grocery and convenience stores, and great restaurants (some are only open during the Spring and Summer!). Spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 Bath bath is ready for your family stay. - As you enter the home, you'l be on the main living area floor, and in the living room. One bedroom, with bunk beds, will be to your left, and another bedroom door will be to your right. This downstairs bedroom is right in front of the stairs. It has a full bed. There is a door to a full bath from this bedroom. - The living room, which is is open to the kitchen has a nice size, 55 inch, smart TV on the wall.( The Dish network remote should operate everything - the tv power, the Dish satellite power and sound which is through a nice sound bar with subwoofer) There is also a small record player with bluetooth speaker. The living room has a very comfortable sectional sofa and a nice recliner. - The kitchen is spacious enough, and has an LP stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and other needed kitchen supplies. Cabinets have plenty of glasses, plates, and other needed utensils and accessories for 8 to 10 people. The kitchen table seats 6, and there are also 3 bar stools for seating of 9 in the kitchen / dining area. The view from the kitchen is great. Look out to the large screened deck which also has a small dining area for 4, and a nice swing. The deck overlooks the back yard and down to the beautiful lake. * The stairs go down from the back porch/ deck to another covered patio area and then you can walk down to the lake. The stairs from the upstairs deck to the area below are a little steep . Handrails are there to help. Be careful as you walk down the steps! - Upstairs in the home you will find a well appointed main bedroom with a king sized bed. There is an attached bathroom that is well appointed and has a jetted tub and large separate shower. Across the hall is a nice bedroom, with a queen size bed in a bedroom that also has a 1/2 bath attached. We love the lake and love our home there, and the community at the lake too. The home is in a very quiet neghborhood, right on the lake. Convenient to Narrows marina, Dollar general, and several popular restaurants too. *Some restaurants may only be open seasonally .Check hours . The home does not currently have any internet service. Sometimes Hotspots work, sometimes they do not. - You’ll love this beautiful home on the lake. Plenty of space for your family and friends at our home on the lake. Walk down to the lake. It is beautiful. *The walk to the lake is very uneven terrain. Be careful and use care. Do not attempt the walk if you are not sure about your balance or abilites. . No pets. No exceptions.
