Lake access available from your own private covered boat house with a ramp as close as it comes about 30 yards from the home and Eastport Marina which is only 100 yards away. Keep in mind our home is all one level and easy steps out the back porch or front water front deck to level yard. We have no up and down for us challenged folks makes for many walks to the water and to the dock and boat house. Boat house is also an easy stroll and the beach is 20 yards away. We mention this as most folks want an easy trip and not a work out. There are hills at main road for the folks that wish a work out. Weekend or weekly rentals available year round. Air conditioned and fire pit for cozy winter time vacations. Many updates over the years but inside is totally updated with three master bedrooms and a fourth bedroom for children and/or adults with a full bunk set up. Large living area that also has French doors to the outside, Massive designated parking for up to four boat trailers and as well up to eight cars so parking is not an issue and secure. Boat ramp is less than 50 yards from the home for ease of getting in the water the minute you arrive. This home is clean and well maintained and is one of the best homes on Pickwick Lake due to access, parking, access to lake time and no pressure or stress due to parking issues and boat access is huge at this location. Master has private onsuite bathroom and large king bed, second master has queen and your own French doors that lead to a very large front deck on water, Third master has full and as well French doors leading to the large deck and water side.
