Quiet coastal property with farmland & ocean views

Our lovely family home is very spacious, with multiple living areas, plenty of natural light, large bedrooms, and a triple carport, nestled at the back of Duranbah on small acreage overlooking the Cudgen farmlands and ocean. You can enjoy sipping your morning coffee/tea while watching the breathtaking sunrise over the ocean from our porch and listening to the cow's moo and native birds sing. The main bedroom is equipped with a king bed, television, a walk-in robe, and an ensuite. You won't want to get out of bed! The other two rooms are furnished with queen-sized beds and plenty of wardrobe space! The fourth space is a small room that includes a day bed that can be used as either a single bed, two singles (on the floor), or a double bed (on the floor). The second bathroom includes a large spa bath/shower, perfect for relaxing; just remember to bring your therapeutic bath salts. We have a huge kitchen overlooking the front yard and ocean, including an essential large five-burner gas oven/stove and Delonghi Coffee Machine/Grinder (just for those coffee lovers!) There are plenty of pots, pans, baking essentials, and utensils to use at your own leisure. Our herbs and spices will be left for you to use as well! Feel free to re-stock if you use it all up! Our two large living areas can be enjoyed at your leisure. In our first lounge room, you could opt to sit by the wood heater and relax, enjoy a wine or put your feet up and read a book. Our second lounge room is equipped with an oversized recliner couch and 60-inch plasma tv. So why not sink into the couch and watch a movie on Netflix with the family? We've recently converted our double garage into an indoor gym with large glass sliding doors so you can work out and feel like your outside! It includes a rack of weights, a bench press, a rowing machine, a stationary bike, dumbbells, yoga mats, a yoga ball, a medicine ball, and a wall-mounted indoor fan for those hot days. Our home is on acreage and has a range of beautiful places to sit outside in the breeze and soak up the scenery. ! For example, you could sit on the porch and overlook the ocean or sit under our large fig tree and watch the birds go by. Your choices are endless. Oh, and don't forget, we have a large fenced front yard for your furry friend if they decide to come on the trip. All you need to do on your time away is relax, unwind and soak up the peace and quiet.
